REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential children’s care.
• At least 2 years supervising/managing staff.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Proven record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades.
