We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor Departments at Balclutha New World. This isn’t an office job you’ll be out on the floor, making things happen and setting the pace for your team. Plus, you’ll be one of the senior leaders for the entire store on Saturdays, so if you love responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your moment! What You’ll Be Doing: Run the Show: Plan, organise, and fill/lead day-to-day operations across three key departments. Number Wizard: Keep the numbers looking sharp. Roster Rockstar: Manage production and roster planning like a pro. Hands-On Hero: Fill and face shelves, support your team, and keep things moving. Merchandising Magic: Ensure everything looks top-notch and on point. Safety First: Oversee Food Safety and Health requirements. Stock Sense: Order what’s needed, when it’s needed no empty shelves here! Waste Warrior: Keep waste under control and efficiency high. What We’re Looking For: Proven staff management experience (you’ve led teams before and loved it). Excellent planning and organisational skills. Computer savvy and confident communicator at all levels. A hands-on attitude and a drive to succeed.
