Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: Perform diagnostics, servicing, testing & commissioning of large industrial HVAC chillers systems within the Data Centre industry Troubleshoot reactive breakdowns and complete repairs Overhaul and repair of large chiller compressors Clean and maintain Chiller Systems within the critical infrastructure space Respond in a professional manner to all assigned service calls while on duty. Perform work in a safe manner & in accordance with company safety policy. Perform work using current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task. Ensure that planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90%. Keep scheduling team informed of changes to your schedule & status of all open jobs. Maintain accuracy of customer listing by reporting errors with site change form. Close tasks in Retriever daily & weekly paperwork in timely & accurate manner. Create reports using Retriever system ensuring regular synchronization. Report sales or service leads to the proper department via the correct process. Take an active role in the callout rotation. Qualifications: Fair Trading Qualified Supervisor Certificate in Air conditioning and Refrigeration Refrigerant handling ARC tick license Experience with turbocor compressor technology is highly regarded Additional / Preferred Qualifications: Excellent computer skills. Previous environmental service experience. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter, ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively. Clean valid driving license.
