At Chilo’s Burgers, we take smash burgers seriously – hot grills, crispy edges, and flavours that keep people coming back. Our Motherwell store is buzzing, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Grill Chef who can handle the heat and help us deliver the best burgers in town.

What You’ll Do

• Smash, grill, and cook burgers to perfection on a flat-top grill
• Prep and cook sides, fries, and sauces
• Keep the grill area clean, safe, and fully stocked
• Work with the team to keep service running smoothly (especially during busy rushes)
• Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous grill/chef experience (fast food or casual dining preferred)
• Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail (no one wants a sloppy smash )
• Reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
