Description Initiate, develop and execute customer strategy. Develop, improve and strengthen customer relations Provide monthly sales forecast to sales coordinator with focus on three months horizon Feed all critical customer information back to the company timely. Coordinate and provide direction to field representative activities With responsibility to collect payment. Assist Marketing Manager to evaluate new customers/ new projects Perform other temporary duties assigned by Director, Sales & Marketing Ensure the customer requirement are addressed, this includes special characteristics, quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions, product design and development Lead, mentor and train the distributors Assist in set out 3-5 years business strategy Maintain close relationship with other team managers to ensure the evolution of the Customer Team concept follows global approach Basic Qualifications: University degree engineering, Minimum 5 years experience in sales in China automotive industry Management distributor network experience Successful track record in customer negotiations and strategy development, develop new sales direction, reach target Fluent in Mandarin and English
