EY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 L&D Strategy & System Construction Align with group global L&D framework and China business strategy, formulate and iterate annual China regional learning & development strategy, work plans and budget management. Build and optimize company-wide competency model, job training system and employee career development path, cover frontline manufacturing, technical R&D, sales marketing, management and functional teams. Establish standardized L&D management SOP, including training demand assessment, curriculum development, project implementation, effect evaluation and data tracking mechanism. Core Talent & Leadership Development Take charge of key talent assessments, including high-potential employee identification, talent pool management, succession planning and reserve talent development projects. Design and launch leadership training programs for new supervisors, middle managers and leaders, covering management literacy, team management, business decision-making and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities. Responsible for management trainee (MT OR EIT) and key newcomers development plans, design orientation training, on-the-job coaching and growth tracking mechanism to improve newcomer retention and competency. Training Project Operation & Curriculum Development Conduct company-wide training demand research and gap analysis based on business pain points and employee competency gaps, customize internal training solutions. Develop internal training curriculum system, cultivate internal trainer team (TTT), standardize course content, teaching methods and assessment standards, and improve internal training capability. Organize and implement various training projects: new employee onboarding, professional skill training, post competency training, corporate culture and compliance training, etc. Select, evaluate and manage external training vendors, coordinate customized external courses, and control training quality and budget. L&D Effect Evaluation & Data Management Build a full-cycle training effect evaluation system based on Kirkpatrick model, complete training data statistics, analysis and regular report output. Track the actual improvement of employee post competency and business performance brought by training, continuously optimize training content and project mode. Manage company LMS learning platform, maintain course resources, update learning data, and promote online learning atmosphere construction. Cultural Empowerment & Stakeholder Collaboration Take charge of internal learning atmosphere construction and employer brand building, organize learning sharing activities, and activate organizational vitality. Collaborate with HRBP, recruitment, performance and compensation teams to link talent development with performance appraisal, promotion and succession management. Report L&D work progress, project results and annual summary to HRD and global L&D team regularly and implement global standardized L&D requirements. Job Requirements 任职资格要求 Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or related fields is preferred. 8+ years of professional HR learning & development working experience, 3+ years of L&D management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing / high-end equipment / industrial industry. Familiar with standardized foreign enterprise L&D system construction, have complete experience in talent echelon, leadership development and internal curriculum system building. Professional Competencies Proficient in full-process L&D work: demand diagnosis, curriculum design, project operation, effect evaluation and data analysis. Rich experience in TTT training, internal trainer team cultivation and management, able to independently develop enterprise customized courses. Familiar with competency model construction, talent assessment, succession planning and employee career development system design. Familiar with LMS system operation and online learning project management, able to combine online and offline training modes to improve training efficiency. Language & Soft Skills Fluent oral and written English, able to communicate and report with global foreign teams smoothly (mandatory). Strong business insight, able to accurately capture business needs and convert them into targeted L&D solutions. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, project management and pressure resistance capabilities. Data-driven thinking, good at summarizing, optimizing and iterating work based on data results. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and innovation, with systematic and logical working thinking. Preferred Conditions Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical equipment manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Hold professional certificates such as TTT, Talent Assessment, or HR professional certification. Have APAC regional cross-border L&D project cooperation experience.
