Your main job will be to perform CUSTOMER CARE activities within a modern and structured CONTACT CENTER managing customer service for a leading Chinese company in the Telecommunications industry.
Making the most of your communication skills, you will be required to use your language skills in both spoken (phone calls) and written (emails, chats and management business).

Job Location: MILAN (North area)

• Working Hours : PART TIME 20 hours per week Monday through Saturday on SHIFTS from 9:00 a.m. to 21:00 (5 days out of 7)
