Your Role The China Program Deployment Manager is crucial to delivering the China strategy within Integrated Supply Chain and Operations. Through this role, you will collaborate across multiple organizations and geographies to support the execution of the business strategy in Process Solutions, with a focus on Single-Use Value Chain. The role will require detailed planning across all functions, alignment between multiple stakeholders and effective communication at all levels within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the use of formal project/program management processes and tools in accordance to the company’s standards, to manage internal/external resources, budget, risks and scope. As part of the project/program reporting and communication, you will have exposure to upper management. This position is located in Wuxi. Key Responsibilities: Work with the local team to establish the capabilities and supply chain to execute the business strategy Facilitate the collaboration between local and global teams, and ensure efficient communication and common understanding of protocols Manage all the activities to completion on schedule, and flag any roadblocks requiring escalation and leadership support Regularly update all stakeholders Who You Are Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life science, or related discipline. PMP or PgMP certification is required At least 5 years of experience in project management 5+ years of experience within a Supply Chain, Operations or Business function in a Life Science business field within a matrix organization Preferred Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to manage stakeholders Ability to analyze complex situations in order to develop solutions Familiarity with GMP manufacturing and bioprocessing principles Results-driven, quickly identifying required resources and stakeholders
