Overview •The role is accountable for leading and / or supporting the China OU SC transformation and ensure a successful transition of SC activities to ChCC. With direct responsibility for: developing and defining processes to plan and deliver transition activities, outlining the methods, deep diving IT tools, preparing trainings & reporting needs for SC PMO and LT, and supporting the associated governance process. •This role will lead white space analysis and GCC designs, transition, set up strong governance models with OU and GCC teams. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities •Transition of new SC work to ChCC - Identify processes to be transitioned to Chendgu CC in line with Global service catalogue. •Identify opportunities to automate SC Reporting - Harmonize, automate, SC reporting in OU / Chengdu in collaboration with global teams •Agro processes to ChCC and reports automation - Enable process excellence for Agro enabled by technology •Coman related processes - Enable process excellence for Coman enabled by technology •Redesigning processes to be transitioned - Fix and Shift •Drive E2E process excellence for SC across OU & Chengdu CC Details: •Partner closely with OU/GCC stakeholders to implement necessary transformation and change enablers to finalize the new GCC-OU operating model and ways of working. •Support program management & delivery of GCC transition for China SC, ensuring all project timelines & deliverables are met per phase. •Provide visibility of progress of each transition project in SC. Coordinate and perform project delivery health checks by disciplined stage gate process •Closely cooperate with hub & OU SC Leadership team ensuring seamless escalation and resolution of projects issues. •Support Project Managers through regular meetings to assess risks and make mitigation plans. And perform as-hoc tasks assigned by line manager. •Develop and align relevant pre-conditions (Systems / Process / Tools ) for GCC transition – Incl. project charters, timelines and deliverables – and engage OU-GCC stakeholders to align expectations •Define SLA/OLAs framework for SC Tower, aligning OU-GCC stakeholders and ensuring operational pragmatism •Support to re-shape and realign roles, responsibilities and structure within the RemainCo organization to retain operating effectiveness •Partner with Change Lead and HR team to develop comprehensive change plans and drive acceptance and adoption of new operating model – Incl. GCC handover training, RemainCo training and impacted employee engagement People Responsibilities •Rally key stakeholders of GCR SC design and transition and collaboratively drive required changes to new ways of working •Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams •Facilitate smooth transition of processes from retained organization •Ongoing review of SC Organization to drive agility, efficiency, and effectiveness • Champion and embed GCC understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating. Qualifications •10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management in FMCG companies, and with solid experience in project management and change management and/or other similar related competencies •Strong analytical capability and view problems from multiple points of view and perspectives •Demonstrated success leading transformation and driving change •Executive Communication skills – Clear and concise with strong influencing ability. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English •Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills - Needs to interface well in groups from different functions and levels, sometimes with conflicting agenda/priorities •Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities and plan •Sharp analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan •Deep PepsiCo business knowledge, especially expert in SC processes and business case building •Ability to engage the right individuals in decisions process and in appropriate ways across the organization. •A “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills. •Flexibility, reliability and responsibility for the entrusted tasks. •Proactive, responsive and results driven •Deep PepsiCo business knowledge, especially expert in SC and E2E (O2C,R2P etc) working processes •Strong project management experience; and Lean Six Sigma experience (preferred) •Flexibility, reliability and responsibility for the entrusted tasks.
