We are looking for a professional Chinese speaking property manager to join our team. The right candidate must also be fluent in both written and spoken English. We would consider both an experienced or inexperienced agent to join our growing inner city agency.
An Agents Representative Certificate is a minimum requirement. If you do not have this qualification, please do not apply. You will also have to provide a police clearance and a working with children check.
Supported by some of the best in the industry, you will be joining a team that operates within clearly defined positions. Your role initially would be to focus on our existing clients, supporting them on their property journey.
The majority of our properties are located in the CBD, so if you don’t drive, that is ok. That said, a car and drivers licence would be preferred. End of ride facilities, gym, tea and coffee are also included. The role requires a flexible 40 hours a week, with additional hours available should you want to work them. There is some weekend work.
We like technology, so if you have a knack for apps, this position would be perfect for you.
If you are not fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese please do not apply. It would be a waste of your time.

Pay: $66,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
