REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom is a plus.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.

• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
• Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and understanding among students.
