REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Chinese Language Teaching, or related field.
• L2 proficiency in both Mandarin and English (for instruction and parent interaction).
• At least 1 year of relevant early childhood teaching experience.
• Knowledge of MOE syllabi or experience with preschool Chinese curricula is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills, creativity in lesson design, and collaborative spirit.

• Deliver age-appropriate Chinese language lessons that engage and inspire children.
• Incorporate curriculum-aligned activities (storytelling, games, music, dramatization) to foster interactive, joyful learning experiences.
• Ensure day-to-day care, hygiene, and well-being of children in class.
• Maintain and design a positive, resource-rich learning environment.
• Regularly communicate with parents—updating them on progress and development.
• Participate in curriculum planning, centre events, and team-based learning initiatives.
• Track, assess, and document children’s progress and learning milestones.
