About Us
At YesAgain, Based in Sharjah Airport free zone, we specialize in high-quality refurbishment of MacBooks and laptops, with operations across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. We are expanding our Technical Repair Department and seeking expert chip-level technicians to work on advanced hardware faults across a wide range of Apple and Windows devices.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex motherboard issues on MacBooks (T2, M1, M2) and Windows laptops
  • Perform BGA reballing, NAND and IC replacements, and component-level soldering
  • Resolve critical board-level faults including:
  • No power / no display
  • T2 chip or Touch ID failures
  • NAND/SSD failures
  • Sensor, audio, or backlight issues
  • macOS install loop / SSD firmware bugs
  • Handle light repairs such as keyboard, speaker, Type-C port, and touchpad issues
  • Remove MDM locks (T2) using approved procedures
  • Collaborate with QA, screen, and cosmetic repair teams to ensure seamless workflow
  • Maintain detailed repair logs and diagnostics for each unit

Requirements

  • Proven experience in chip-level repairs on Apple MacBooks and laptops
  • Deep understanding of logic board architecture and circuit diagnosis
  • Proficiency in tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, heat gun, and BGA rework stations
  • Experience with common MacBook faults, including:
  • Touch Bar failure
  • WiFi faults on M1/M2
  • T2 firmware and activation issues
  • Familiarity with MDM lock removal is a strong advantage
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with high repair volumes
