Life Balance Chiropractic seeks coachable new clinical assistants and client experience receptionists to join our dynamic, friendly team at our busy, expanding Poole centre. No chiropractic experience? No problem! Whether re-entering the workforce, shifting careers, or seeking meaningful work alongside family life, this could be your next step.
The role advertised is for 4 shifts + per week plus overtime where required. The required shifts for this position are between 7.30 am - 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm - 7.45 pm hours.
We need you to be able to work a shift pattern that will look similar to the following:
Monday 1.30 pm - 7.45 pm
Tuesday 7.30 am - 1.30 pm
Wednesday 1.30 pm - 7.45 pm
Thursday OFF
Friday 7.30 am - 12 pm LUNCH 1.30 pm - 7.45 pm
Flexibility and a minimum of 1 Saturday/month will be required and we will provide a minimum of 2 months notice when sending out the rota.

SKILLS & TRAITS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Solid IT skills—Google Suite, CRM, and patient systems (we’ll train you!)
  • Able to remember names and faces to create personal connections
  • Great at prioritising tasks, staying productive, and following through

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We’re looking for a proactive, people-first professional to join our team in a role that blends inbound sales, client care, and front desk coordination. You’ll be the trusted guide who supports new enquiries, builds real relationships, and ensures clients feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

Convert enquiries into loyal clients through high-touch inbound & outbound calls (you’ll have training)

  • Schedule and manage appointments, care plans, and payments
  • Re-engage past clients and follow up with cancellations and no-shows
  • Deliver 5-star customer experiences that keep clients on track and inspired
  • Support events and marketing campaigns (including social media & spinal health checks)
  • Own the front desk — from daily admin to stock, systems, cash-up, and compliance
  • Keeping the Clinic Running Smoothly – Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming space and Follow proven processes using a checklist-first approach

    • Being a True Team Player – Collaborate, cover shifts when needed, and attend training to grow your skills and be able to work one Saturday per month.
