The Backfit decompression technician role is well suited to a solution focused, organized individual who has strong communication skills, an extraordinary eye for detail, thrives in a busy environment and is highly accountable. Our decompression technicians are fundamental in helping patients optimize their quality of life.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Excels in a fast-paced care/service environment
· High-level comfort interacting with people in a professional manner
· Proficiency in resolving/troubleshooting stressful situations through coaching and feedback
· Works with confidence and positivity in a public setting
· Background in health and wellness
· Understands the importance of chiropractic care
· Proficiency with computers and computer programs
· All training done in house
