We are seeking a friendly and organized chiropractic assistant/front desk coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

  • We are looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle front desk operations and multiple administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional patient service, and maintaining a positive clinic environment.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin preferably.
  • 1 Year experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic will be an asset, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment with attention to details.
  • A fast learner with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet patients, with professional and friendly attitude to create welcoming environment.
  • Check in patients, and handle registration and payment processes efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, text messages and handling patient inquiries with positive attitude.
  • Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner with positive attitude.
  • Must be a team worker by collaborating with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
