POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to cover maternity leave from mid-November to end of March with the consideration to possibly move into a permanent role for the right person. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Acting as the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for managing appointments, providing a warm and professional welcome, and supporting chiropractors in delivering tailored care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and empathetic individual to join a passionate team dedicated to health and wellness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or reception roles is an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional when handling patient concerns or queries.
Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently, including follow-ups for X-rays and Report of Findings (ROF) sessions.
  • Support Services: Assist chiropractors during patient consultations by preparing materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Education & Encouragement: Share valuable insights and guidance with patients about their care plans, exercises, and wellness goals.
  • Customer Care: Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and uphold our service philosophy of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, and Attentiveness (C.A.R.E).
  • Clinic Operations: Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Sales Support: Present care plans and pricing options to patients as recommended by the chiropractor, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
