POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical Chiropractic Assistant is a dynamic, patient-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for Chiropractic and health. This individual will play a key role in guiding patients through their care journey, operating chiropractic technology, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and highly organized with a background of healthcare/science, capable of educating and engaging patients while ensuring smooth office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal communication skills – must be able to confidently educate, guide, and engage with patients.
  • Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong technical skills to operate chiropractic equipment and EHR systems.
  • A passion for holistic health, wellness, and patient education.
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE & ORGANIZATIONAL DUTIES

  • Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and care plan adherence with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring proper documentation of exams and treatments.
  • Work closely with the front desk and clinical teams to optimize patient flow and experience.
  • Assist with internal marketing efforts, including patient referral programs and retention strategies.
  • Prepare and organize materials for New Patient Orientation and educational workshops.
  • Keep all exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and organized for efficient patient care.
