Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. The Chiropractic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the provider and our patients throughout their care. Responsibilities include assisting with range of motion (ROM) testing and other patient assessments, guiding patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises with proper instruction and encouragement, and setting up and monitoring therapy treatments as directed by the chiropractor. This role is focused on creating an exceptional patient experience by ensuring each patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for at every visit. The ideal candidate is attentive to patient concerns, communicates effectively with the provider, and is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their treatment and recovery journey. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room Answer inquiries via phone calls and email Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Verify payment methods and process payments Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory Administer screening assessments as requested Maintain HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality Qualifications Chirotouch experience is a HUGE plus! Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team.
