Responsibilities
  • Warmly greeting patients and visitors
  • Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
  • Handling HICAPS, Medicare, DVA and private billing transactions
  • Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality
  • Providing admin support to chiropractor and clinical staff
  • Managing correspondence and general reception duties
  • Performing scanning, filing, and data entry tasks
  • Light duties eg. dusting, cleaning
