Reco Spinal Centre Bristol is looking for a team player to help with admin, marketing and all the things we need, apart from treating the client. Reco Spinal Centre offers outstanding chiropractic / spinal therapy care, as well as deep tissue massage, to empower our patients with health and well-being for both mind and body. We aim to address the root causes of a complaint and restore physiological balance. We are a small team, taking care of each other, and we are looking for a team member with positive and innovative thoughts who is happy to take responsibility for helping manage and run the day for a small team.

You will help run a busy front of house with a wide range of duties as mentioned below, delivering a WOW service to our guests.

Main Job Responsibilities -

  • Liaise with Chiropractic business owner (CBO)
  • Teach, uphold all other levels of Chiropractic/ Spinal therapist clinical Assistant voyage
  • Ensures exceptional levels of Customer Service and Customer Care to maintain a centre that runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Clinic appearance management
  • Adhere to all front desk recipes at all times
  • Patient management
  • Online diary management
  • Sales - we are a private health care company , therefore you would need to be good at selling our services
  • Attending calls and taking bookings, solving queries of the patients
  • Take accountability for quality control of the full centre.
  • Contributes to the Visibility
  • Great in multi tasking
  • Use initiative and be proactive
  • Handle guest concerns and report any guest queries they cannot take care of to the director
  • Supervising the referrals / guest appreciation
  • Provide one to one coaching when required
  • Regular Quality checks
  • Supporting practitioners and other team members
  • Attending team meeting, training days
  • Help in leading external and internal screening and marketing events

You will be reporting to the Director of the Centre. We are seeking someone to join us within the next few weeks. You will receive comprehensive training.
