Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee clinic operations, working closely with the Office Manager to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and compliance. Lead weekly team huddles and meetings to maintain communication and accountability. Track key metrics — PVA, AVI, conversions, and collections — to ensure steady clinic growth. Ensure documentation, billing, and authorizations are accurate and timely. Monitor care plan progress and re-exams to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Team Management Lead and mentor doctors, rehab specialists, and front desk team members. Set and track performance goals aligned with company growth. Support scheduling, training, and conflict resolution when needed. Reinforce HealthSource’s culture and brand standards (“Live Life. Pain Free.”). Financial & Growth Management Analyze weekly and monthly KPIs — revenue, expenses, and profitability. Drive new patient growth through marketing, community partnerships, and events. Collaborate with ownership on marketing campaigns, budgeting, and bonus structures. Participate in franchise and regional meetings to stay connected and share best practices. Marketing & Community Engagement Oversee and contribute to in-office marketing efforts. Build relationships with local gyms, doctors, and business owners to expand referrals. Represent the clinic professionally at community and corporate wellness events. Bonus points if you live in or near the clinic. Patient Experience & Retention Ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s warmth and professionalism. Monitor patient satisfaction, reviews, and retention.
