MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing role (chiropractic, physiotherapy, or similar clinic experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge and experience with daily sales balancing
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient flow and appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth daily operation
  • Handling payments, processing insurance billing, and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Assisting with office communication, including patient inquiries and general office tasks
  • Performing medical screenings and adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Supporting basic accounting tasks and daily sales reconciliation
  • Managing digital marketing efforts to promote our clinic and connect with the community

This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into full-time. Candidates must have open availability during our office hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • As we expand, there may be opportunities for additional hours, including Sundays.
  • This position is based on-site at our clinic in South Granville.
  • Hours will range between 15 - 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours based on clinic need
