Our busy Chiropractic Clinic is currently seeking an employee who can provide excellent customer service and individual patient attention, all while managing the front desk with efficiency and accuracy. Fluent in English, a second language would be an advantage.
Previous Chiropractic office experience and working with Health Quest software is considered an asset, but not a requirement. Willingness to learn. Must work well as part of a team and be self motivated. Individuals with previous medical, dental or office administration backgrounds are welcome to apply.

  • Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to general requests for information in an accommodating manner
  • Receive clients/visitors in a professional manner
  • Sort/prioritize/answer incoming mail, emails, messages and forward to appropriate staff
  • Handle cash and P.O.S.
  • Maintain filing systems
