• Assist chiropractors with patient intake, exams, medical histories and treatment plans.
• Work with patients in spinal decompression therapy sessions and other therapeutic modality treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Set up and maintain spinal decompression equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
• Guide patients through the spinal decompression process, explaining treatment procedures and providing reassurance.
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions to ensure that treatment is effective and comfortable.
• Help patients with exercises and stretches as part of their rehabilitation program.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and communicating with doctors about the patients’ response to treatment.
• Educate patients on spinal health and rehab, treatment plans, insurance coverage, financial plans, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area.
• Support front desk administrative tasks, including scheduling, answering calls, and coordinating patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in chiropractic or physical therapy, is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with chiropractic and spinal decompression therapy is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and excel in chiropractic and spinal care.
• Marketing/social media promotion experience would also be ideal.
• Spanish speaking/bilingual would be a plus but not required.
