Description

Back In Motion Plus is a Sports Rehabilitation and Health Centre in Orleans offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture and other health-related services. We believe in individual patient-centered care and high practice standards for best patient outcome. We are looking for a chiropractor to join our team.

As a chiropractor, you’ll need to:

  • Assess patients of all ages presenting with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Determine diagnosis and develop a plan of management
  • Educate and treat their physical problem(s)/condition(s)
  • Communicate pertinent information and recommendations to patients and provide education regarding treatment strategies
  • Collaborates with other members of the health care team and build working relationships with other healthcare professionals
  • Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
  • Maintain current accurate clinical records according to standards set by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Requirements include:

  • Available to work some daytime or evening shifts
  • Doctorate in Chiropractic
  • Registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario in good standing
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check and Valid CPR certificate
  • Work experience as a chiropractor is an asset but new graduates welcomed
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and documentation skills
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills
  • Strong leadership skills to support and provide direction to staff in an active and rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability in working effectively, independently and with all members of the team
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • Superior time management skills
  • Previous leadership or supervisory role experience in a professional capacity
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
