Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary. Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment. Coordinate, track, and report key metrics/measurements related to patient management Maintain accurate case histories of patients. Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated. Take diagnostic x-rays, when medically necessary. Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems. Building positive doctor-patient relationships Maintaining accurate and timely patient records Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition. Train and motivate the team, foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Lead the clinic like it’s your own business—drive growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue goals. Qualifications Required: Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure) Minimum 2 years of experience, prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Highly coachable and adaptable to proven HealthSource systems. Team-oriented and results-driven. Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-growth environment.
