REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed Chiropractor and in good standing with College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
  • Appropriate Liability Insurance
  • Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Focused on growth and development of the team as a whole
Responsibilities
  • Effectively diagnose and understand the patients’ symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
  • Develop and execute a personalized treatment plan in collaboration with your rehabilitation specialist for each of your patients.
  • Provide patients with guidance on exercises to help improve health and increase quality of life.
  • Accurately document each patient’s condition and progress.
  • Build strong rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds through effective communication.
  • Understand how to implement new technology and software changes in the profession to enhance the patient’s experience.
  • Participate in business and community development initiatives to drive new patients and growth.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education.
  • In coordination with Dr. Nicholas Russell and the Management team, review compliance and performance quarterly to determine the level of support required.
