Chiropractor Riverside CA (1 hr E of LA) We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Chiropractor to join our growing practice full time in Riverside, CA. Our beautiful state of the art office is about 50 miles SE of downtown LA. We need a Chiropractor who is passionate about chiropractic care and helping patients find their individual path and goals on the road to health and wellness, someone who enjoys educating patients, and who is looking to better the community, one patient at a time. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a proficient adjustor, an excellent communicator who has their Xray certificate in CA, is looking for a long-term position and is bilingual in Spanish. We have a thriving 100% cash office, and the incoming chiropractor will be able to focus on providing high quality care to patients, continual improvement, and helping others on their journey to health and wellness, leaving the marketing and administrative tasks to our case management and administrative business staff. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, decompression, shockwave and laser therapy, rehab, various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with team, Case manager and Office Manager, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Requirements: Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Chiropractic license in CA X-ray Supervisor and Operator Certificate in CA a plus (we can assist with obtaining if needed) Bilingual in Spanish a major plus Schedule: Monday through Friday (with Friday hours ending at 1) Compensation (range): $90k-$95k per year (DOE) plus bonuses Benefits: PTO Professional development assistance Retirement plan Bonus opportunities (potential to earn $10k-$20k in production bonuses) Employee Discount We have a dynamic team of passionate, caring, knowledgeable staff to help us do what we do best, help improve the quality of lives of countless of individuals in the Riverside community.
