Chiropractor Solon OH (20 miles SE of Cleveland) Urgently Hiring Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000 + Bonus We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing practice full time in Solon, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys hands-on adjusting, structured care plans, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive, team-based environment. We offer an excellent work life balance with office hours ending by 11 am on Fridays. Daily Responsibilities: Conduct new patient consultations and chiropractic exams/reexams Take and analyze X-rays, including detailed annotation and interpretation Deliver Reports of Findings (ROFs), explaining X-rays, posture findings, and treatment recommendations Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal results Educate patients on care plans to improve retention and compliance Perform chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Full Spine, Thompson, and ArthroStim techniques Complete thorough, accurate daily documentation for all services, including: Monitor and guide Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) Build strong rapport with patients to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals Actively manage patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Compensation & Bonus Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 plus bonuses Bonus: based on performance and experience Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Active Chiropractic Ohio license (or ability to obtain) Strong adjusting skills and confidence in patient care We offer consistent patient flow and established systems, a supportive team with trained Chiropractic Assistants, and the opportunity to grow your income through performance-based bonuses.
