  • Confidence in presenting to large crowds, whether it’s talking about chocolate or sharing a fun fact.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with visitors of all ages in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and school breaks, because chocolate doesn’t take a day off!
  • A team player who’s also happy to work independently when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Create chocolatey magic with interactive, fun, and informative demonstrations that bring Cadbury’s rich history to life.
  • Engage and entertain our visitors, young and old, with your charm and chocolatey knowledge.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Cadbury World, sharing all the exciting details about our attraction and the delicious treats we make.
  • Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe and fun environment for all our guests and staff.
  • Promote and sell our delectable products to help meet our sales goals, because who can resist a little chocolate?
    All roles are 20 hours per week predominantly during weekdays and also alternate weekends OR we have 10-hour weekend positions which also cover extra days during school holidays. Please note during peak times such as school holidays and bank holidays you will be required to work additional hours during both weekdays and weekends up to 37.5 per week.
