Description

You will Monitor and respond to incidents related to Chocolatey deployments and operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to services. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents efficiently. Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records for future reference. Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues. Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders. Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and improve processes. Develop and maintain operational procedures and best practices for Chocolatey environments. Your skills 5+ years of Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting tasks. Strong experience with Windows operating systems, including server and client environments. Familiarity with Chocolatey package management and deployment processes. Basic knowledge of DevOps tools, including GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and others Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks. Experience with monitoring and logging tools to identify and resolve incidents. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
