JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full time (37.5+ hours per week) Chocolatier Assistant to work with the production team. This role involves scraping and polishing moulds, hand dipping, packaging and general kitchen duties such as cleaning. Kitchen open 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, hours worked between these times. Extra hours will be required at peak times and must be flexible to work weekends during busy periods. The successful candidate will be expected to cover other areas of work in the business as required. This is a junior role with potential for advancement to Chocolatier and an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to get started in the confectionary industry.
