Job Description
Reporting to the CHPP Planning Superintendent, the CHPP Planning Coordinator will provide leadership, achieve targets while maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.

About the Role

• Provide day to day leadership to the CHPP Planning Team
• Setting and monitoring compliance to work management and departmental targets
• Abiding by and implementing high quality safety standards at the CHPP
• Oversight of weekly Planning Team deliverables
• Working closely with production and operational supervisors and team members to achieve cost and production targets

Roster and Location

• Monday to Friday roster
• Based on site at HVO North facility

About You

• Possess high performing, natural leadership capabilities, with the ability to think strategically, plan effectively and solve complex problems
• Demonstrated commitment to a high performing safety culture
• Proven ability and experience in a CHPP Planning environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Significant exposure to SAP CMMS, Reliability Centred Maintenance practices, budget management, and strong MS Office skills will be highly regarded
