Job Details Job Location: Plano Campus - Plano, TX 75093 Position Type: Part-Time Education Level: High School Participates in classroom activities that promote growth and learning through various activities for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. Responsibilities: Attend planning sessions and carry out classroom responsibilities Take on at least one specific activity for every day to support the weekly unit coordinated by the Classroom Director Apply appropriate teaching methods based on age-group of children Promote the overall education philosophy of the program Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching church High school diploma Passionate about preschool education and able to articulate the Gospel message in an age-appropriate manner Experience in education/preschool setting very helpful Great communication skills with children and adults Able to handle physical activity as it relates to the specific age group, which may include: lifting babies and toddlers, carrying children, getting up and down from the floor repetitively, standing for long periods of time, moving with appropriate agility to maintain the safety of the children in care
