Position Summary: The Christmas Coordinator is responsible for managing the Christmas kettle campaign and supporting other programs and activities.   Essential Responsibilities: * Respond to inquiries concerning bell ringing * Recruit bell ringers * Establish and maintain the kettle site work schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and arrange for contingencies * Assist in the printing/preparing of bell ringing reports and statistics, secure funds for counting as directed * Provide customer service to kettle location * Lead or arrange for daily devotions * Perform other duties as assigned   Additional Responsibilities: * Drive kettle routes to deliver/pick up kettles, check on ringers and transport ringers as needed * Arrange for placement and collection of counter kettles Qualifications:   Education/Experience:  * High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 18 years old; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:  * 1-year informal supervisory experience Certificates and Licenses:  * Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license with a chauffeur’s endorsement and pass The Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check * Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed Qualifications The Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.  Candidates who are back-to-work, US Veterans, people with disabilities, people who have been impacted by the justice system, and/or people without a college degree are encouraged to apply.   Mission Statement: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church.
