We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (Chief Elves as we like to call them) across Australia and New Zealand.
As Chief Elf in Santa’s photo studio you will inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for all of Santa’s visitors. You’ll be the calm through the dynamic festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.
We are looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance at sites in the Gold Coast Region, including:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
• Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
• Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry
• Bringing the energy and maintaining positivity even on the busiest days
• Leading from the front, showing your team how it’s done with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
• Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
• Most importantly, you’ll ensure every family’s photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
