DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic NA Chrome Business Manager to lead business planning, portfolio management, and long-term forecasting for the Chrome product line in North America. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product (4P), Demand Planning, and SSG, to deliver data-driven strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, analytical depth, and execution discipline to translate insights into actions that drive measurable results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business, preferably with a strong analytical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business management, or related roles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent technical/product/finance knowledge across client PC categories.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills with a strong action orientation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in English required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese preferred.
  • Results-driven, collaborative team player with proven ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to act quickly and decisively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into actionable business plans.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business plan guidance for NA Chrome, including volumes, revenue, margins, product mix, and 4–12 month forecasting for high-level planning.
  • Create solutions and strategies to improve performance and address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with SSG on solution transformation and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the NA 4P team to define the right product portfolio and establish strategic initiatives that drive growth in NA.
  • Lead quarterly business planning implementation across local markets, including Route-to-Market (Retail/Reseller) strategy, ensuring channel alignment and no conflict.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning to secure supply, support liability clearance, and minimize financial reserves on EOL (end-of-life) products.
  • Proactively manage market and competitor analysis, delivering actionable insights across products, markets, and competitors.
  • Manage geo requirements on product operations to ensure alignment with global and regional objectives
