The Position: Responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast bar, greeting each guest and ensuring the guests’ are comfortable and overall satisfied. Maintaining a clean breakfast area and back of the house, keeping with the standards of IHG. Duties include but are not limited to: Support guest service as the main focus of the hotel. Greet guest with proper greeting and maintain a hospitable, friendly demeanor. Communicates special requests made by guests. Actively participates in Guest Service Initiatives. Familiar with local area and attractions. Providing personalized service to all guests.
