Responsibilities Shopper Marketing Calendar & POSM Management: • Assist in developing and implementing the Shopper Marketing calendar in line with marketing and sales initiatives. • Support the planning and execution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and TM tools to enhance PepsiCo’s in-store presence. • Help analyze data-driven insights to optimize Shopper Marketing strategies and category development. Trade Marketing Equipment & Activation Support: • Contribute to the planning of racks and other displays deployment, ensuring proper execution and cost-efficient investments. • Assist in managing POSM reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, costs, and timely delivery. • Support the execution of activation programs and consumer promotions, including performance tracking. • Coordinate activities related to NPD (New Product Development) launches, working closely with Marketing and Category Management teams. Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Integration: • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Perfect Store teams to ensure alignment of Shopper Marketing initiatives. • Conduct field visits within Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia region to gather insights on competitor activities and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor degree in related field of study 2+ years experience in Trade Marketing High level of spoken and written English Knowledge of Hungarian is considered as an advantage Strong communication and collaboration skills Analytical and detail-oriented
