1. Kiểm tra, rà soát, truy xuất số liệu, thực hiện đánh giá, báo cáo các vấn đề về AML, OFAC. To check, review, retrieve data, assessment and report in term of AML/OFAC requirements. 2. Hỗ trợ Bộ phận Kiểm Soát Tuân Thủ ("BP KSTT") lập các báo cáo tuân thủ doanh nghiệp. To assist the Compliance Function in making required Corporate Compliance reports. 3. Tham gia rà soát, cung cấp ý kiến đánh giá, chỉnh sửa, bổ sung, xây dựng các mẫu biểu, quy trình, chính sách của các bộ phận, phòng ban Công ty. To participate in reviewing, providing opinions, revising, supplementing, building forms, processes and policies of Company Departments. 4. Soạn thảo tài liệu huấn luyện, thiết lập các nội dung huấn luyện và tổ chức huấn luyện các quy trình, chính sách của Công ty và Tập đoàn. To prepare content training materials and organize training on compliance in alignment with the Company and Group policies and procedures. 5. Hỗ trợ các bộ phận, phòng ban Công ty thực hiện các thủ tục, quy trình do BP KSTT quản lý. To support Company Departments on implementing processes, procedures managed by Compliance Function. 6. Tham gia các chương trình huấn luyện tuân thủ và kiểm tra văn phòng theo sự phân công của Trưởng BP KSTT. To paticipate the Compliance training program and compliance review as assigned by the Compliance Head. 7. Cung cấp các tư vấn về tuân thủ doanh nghiệp cũng như các vấn đề AML/OFAC cho các bộ phận phòng ban. To provide Corporate Compliance related as well as AML/OFAC advice to other Departments. 8. Tham gia thực hiện rà soát và đánh giá tuân thủ hàng năm đối với các bộ phận theo kế hoạch của BP KSTT. To participate in the annual compliance reviews and assessments as planned. 9. Các công việc khác theo chỉ định của Trưởng bộ phận tùy vào tình hình hoạt động của Công ty và BP KSTT. Other jobs as assigned by the Compliance Head upon the operation of the Company and Compliance Department.
