JOB SUMMARY

The Church Secretary plays a vital role in the administrative operations of the church, providing essential support to the Pastor and congregation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong clerical skills and proficiency in various office software, including Microsoft programming. The Church Secretary will be responsible for managing communications, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of church activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Devotion to Christ is a must.
  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Previous experience in customer support is desirable.
