JOB SUMMARY:

As a Business Support Senior Specialist, you will be on the front lines, providing essential support and guidance to the tourism businesses participating in the Visit Vietnam program. You will be instrumental in ensuring our partners have a positive experience, from initial onboarding to ongoing data contribution.
Reports To: - Head of Operations
Employment Type: - Full-time
Location: - Hanoi, Vietnam (On-site)

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support, account management, or client services role, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with standard office software.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is required.

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

  • Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or SaaS industry.
  • Experience using CRM or helpdesk software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
  • Good command of English.
  • A passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tourism businesses, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Guide businesses through the entire onboarding process, including registration, profile setup, and initial data submission on the NTP.
  • Assist businesses in understanding the “Visit Vietnam” certification criteria and the benefits of the program.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the B2B portal, data transmission, and other platform features.
  • Develop and maintain help documentation, FAQs, and tutorials for business users.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from businesses to help improve the platform and our operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and support activities in the company‘s CRM or support system.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations and tech teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
