JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to analyze, define, and document detailed requirements for the Visit Vietnam platform. Your work will be critical in ensuring the final product precisely meets the needs of tourism businesses and supports the project‘s strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES):

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a tech or software development environment.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Interest or experience in the tourism and hospitality sector.
  • Basic understanding of API and database concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead BA in requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for specific features of the National Tourism Platform (NTP).
  • Analyze and document the data sharing protocols and requirements for participating businesses.
  • Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and ready for development sprints.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that deliverables meet the specified requirements.
  • Serve as a resource for the development team to answer questions about business logic and requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in creating user manuals and training materials for the platform‘s B2B portal.
