Description
Support and enhance processes and behaviours that cultivate a culture of continuous improvement (CI), including: The CI management system (Gemba walks, daily accountability, visual management, process checks, 5S+, standard work) Employee ideas: assist in identifying and implementing suggestions from employees Best practice sharing: facilitate the exchange of lessons learnt and best practices, and acknowledge those who have contributed to improvements Support the site with ongoing reporting and analysis of key business performance metrics for both manufacturing and business support functions, to identify the highest potential opportunities for improvement across the business High Five metrics. Use this analysis and reporting to inform the planning and implementation of the annual site strategy deployment projects and continuous improvement (CI) plan. Lead or facilitate structured improvement projects, utilising lean and six sigma tools, to address identified opportunities. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering or another technical discipline. At least three years' experience in a technical role within industrial or manufacturing environments. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Proficient in problem-solving methodologies including A3, 8D, and DMAIC Skilled in data analytics and statistical analysis Experienced in organisational change management Demonstrated project management capabilities Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma principles Strong ethics and values, with the ability to positively influence others' decision-making Meticulous attention to detail and a strong drive to achieve commitments and targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
