Job Responsibilities -Develops and expands local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods;-Promotes a structured problem-solving approach, supports, and challenges the workforce in direction setting, prioritization and implementation of improvement activities;-Deploys and sustains the ALPS manufacturing program including a coaching support structure to drive CI initiatives and ensure sustainability of improvements;-Coaches Advanced and Lead Practitioners, and local staff/MT on site and gives reinforcement training on selected topics;-Reviews the ALPS operating framework (goals & targets, KPI, operating processes, people) to ensure compliance with corporate and BA requirements;-Manages the improvement project funnel including scoping, project assignment, resource planning, tracking of progress and benefits and controlling sustainability of outcomes;-Runs own improvement projects delivering value to the organization;-Be familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards;-Complete any other works assigned by the company or superior.Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree in IE, Chemical engineering or process field;-3+ years of relevant work experience (CI, IE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);-Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification be preferred;-Solid experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma and TPM be preferred;-Be able and strong willing to lead site CI system maturity improvement, great leadership and ownership to drive CI projects execution;-Good team player, knows how to build his/her own network，good interpersonal and communication skills;-Proficient in English.At AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
