Responsibilities

Wells Fargo’s CIB & CB Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive Program Planning and Business Execution so that we successfully achieve target outcomes of helping customers, growing business, and improving risk management. The CLM program will achieve these outcomes by deploying new technology and capabilities, improving processes, simplifying requirements, and partnering across businesses and functions.

This role is seeking someone who excels at:

  • independently engaging and effectively influencing partners, including senior leaders, and building strong, mutually collaborative relationships in the process
  • matrix-style management of SMEs and other contributors to successfully deliver projects and initiatives
  • being a data-driven, execution-oriented, strategic problem solver who can develop, manage, and execute project plans aligned with target outcomes

In this role, you will:

  • Perform as a Business Execution Engagement Manager, leading cross-functional teams (via matrix-style management) to develop, strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs and initiatives that expand the scope and benefits of the Client Lifecycle Management Program
  • Define specific and measurable targets for desired outcomes, foster a culture of accountability, and drive cross-functional project teams to achieve stated goals
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve Client Lifecycle Management outcomes
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders across Wells Fargo business, technology, and operations areas
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Design and lead routines to maintain visibility and alignment to initiative/program status, risk items, and actions needed
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions and drive issue resolution, through collaboration and partnership, in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, to support implementation of developed solutions and plans
