EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CFA a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE:

3+ year of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years relevant experience with an MBA

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated knowledge of project finance and/ or tax equity structuring
Relevant transaction experience in investment banking or direct investing within energy or infrastructure
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player and self-starter

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range
Minimum: $131,250.00 USD
Maximum: $225,000.00 USD

Responsibilities

Contribute to origination and execution of advisory and financing mandates in the energy and power space
Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating analysis on debt, tax equity and equity structures
Develop client presentation materials, including background research, analysis and drafting
Support transaction due diligence including review of project related contracts and consultant reports
