Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to help provide oversight of the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Markets change portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Provide governance oversight of Markets change-the-bank portfolio
• Support new work intake, prioritization, and annual investment planning processes
• Analyze front-to-back technology capacity to changing strategic priorities
• Create executive reporting for various forums and requirements
• Help define and enforce portfolio management standards and procedures
• Assist with designing and implementing future state tooling and processes
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
