As a Global Quality Risk/Control Analyst I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our operations. Your expertise in quality control will be crucial in conducting thorough reviews to ensure adherence to COS Businesses and Controls. You will leverage your advanced computer literacy and proficiency in artificial intelligence to analyze quality results, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions to problems. Your strategic thinking skills will be key in identifying improvement opportunities and planning progress within established procedures. Your role will have a significant impact on our operations, ensuring quality, completeness, and accuracy within the Global Quality Management team. Job responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews, ensuring adherence to COS Businesses and Controls and Quality Assurance standards Perform root cause analysis on key issues, risks, and trends, making recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies or improvements to business processes Identify potential challenges in the Quality Assurance (QA) testing process and initiate solutions, leveraging advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking Be a critical subject matter expert in Quality Assurance (QA) testing process and quickly become versed in JP Morgan Chase’s policies in areas including Treasury, Merchant, Onboarding, Servicing, Sales, legal and brand risks, as well as keeping abreast of emerging trends within the industry Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify common areas of risk and compliance vulnerability Ability to conduct comprehensive quality control reviews and root cause analysis, with a focus on COS standards and procedure Advanced proficiency in using computer systems and artificial intelligence tools for data analysis and problem-solving Possess sound judgment and flexibility in changing courses and solving problems swiftly Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Familiarity with ACES, Webstats, IQC and SharePoint Ability to apply strategic thinking for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions, with a growing understanding of regulatory guidelines.
